Target audience
Designing a speech therapy app for parents and kids.
Being a parent of a child with a speech or language disorder can be stressful and demanding. It is important that parents are supported and do not feel left in the dark when conducting at-home activities. Chatter Zoo is a speech therapy app to be used as a tool for parents to conduct at-home language activities with their kids. The app is zoo themed and specialises in expressive language disorders.
One of the primary target audiences is parents/caregivers. The app offers supportive tools to lend a hand to parents, such as help sections, online forums to talk to other parents and progress boards to keep track of their child's progress. The other target audience is kids aged 3-5 years old with an expressive language disorder.

Initial wireframes were created to map out the app's navigation system and key functionalities to suit the target audiences' needs.
Logo Design
This logo includes speech bubbles that replace the 'o' on Zoo.
